Building the future of African real estate investing.
We are helping the diaspora build an expansive portfolio in real estate, calibrated for consistent growth on the fastest-growing continent in the world.
Abiero exists to make property-backed investing across Africa more accessible, more transparent, and more aligned with the people who care most about the continent's growth, everyday investors and the African diaspora.
Lower the barrier to real ownership.
For too long, real estate investing in Africa has been relationship-driven, capital-intensive, and hard to evaluate from afar. We're building a simpler way for investors to discover vetted projects, review the details that matter, and participate with smaller minimums, without losing transparency.
Our long-term vision is a continent where any African, at home or abroad - can put capital into the cities, communities, and developers they believe in.
What we stand for
Transparency
Investors deserve to know who is building, where their money goes, and what the risks are.
Access
Smaller minimums and clearer information so participation isn't limited to insiders.
Diaspora-first
Built for Africans abroad who want to invest back home, and for locals investing at home.
Long-term thinking
Real estate rewards patience. We back projects and investors who play the long game.
Why we're building Abiero
Abiero was started by founders who saw, firsthand, how difficult it is to invest in African real estate from across borders. Capital was sitting in diaspora accounts looking for a way home. Local developers had real projects but no easy way to reach aligned investors. We're closing that gap.
That's what we're here to do, help build the next generation of African cities, one transparent, property-backed project at a time.
Trust & transparency
Trust starts with transparency
Abiero is being built with investor education, project transparency, and responsible access at the center. Every opportunity should help investors understand what they are investing in, who is behind the project, how funds may be used, and what risks are involved.
Project review
We collect and review key project information before opportunities are listed.
Developer background
Investors should understand who is building the project and their relevant experience.
Clear risk disclosures
Real estate investing involves risk. Abiero will clearly present important considerations before participation.
Ongoing communication
Investors should receive updates as projects progress, not be left guessing after investing.
