These Terms of Agreement ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Abiero website and platform (the "Services"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

3. Investments and risk
Information on the platform, including projected returns, is provided for informational purposes and does not constitute investment, legal, tax, or financial advice. Real estate investments carry risk, including loss of capital, illiquidity, construction delays, currency movement, and tenant default. Projections are estimates, not guarantees. You are responsible for your own investment decisions and should seek independent advice as needed.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Services, including by providing false information, violating applicable law, attempting to access data you are not authorized to see, or interfering with the platform's operation or security.
5. Intellectual property
The Services, including text, design, logos, and software, are owned by Abiero or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them without our permission.
6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Abiero is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
7. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if we are required to by law.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and update the "last updated" date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
